supervision of staff and other related functions.

Extensive experience in valuing and selling small to medium sized businesses in regards to shareholders disputes,
buy/sell situations, going public/private and other purposes. Industries reviewed include:
- manufacturing - electronics, industrial machinery, pharmaceutical, automotive parts, plastics, consumer goods;
- wholesale/import - food and confectionary, electronics;
- retail - restaurants, produce, clothing, hardware;
- other - hospitality and resort/recreational, land development, professional practices, real estate brokers .

Experience primarily in commercial cases dealing with loss of earnings relating to personal injury and
wrongful dismissal claims, loss of profit claims, contract disputes and expropriation.
